• Taxes (GST): All product prices displayed on koreaskincare.in are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian tax regulations. An official GST tax invoice will be generated upon order completion.

• Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect inventory details due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

3. Orders, Payments & Order Cancellations

• Order Acceptance: Receipts of an order confirmation email do not constitute our final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to limit or restrict order quantities per person, per household, or per order (e.g., suspected unauthorized reseller activity).

• Order Cancellations:

  • By Customer: Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once a parcel has been handed to our courier partners and assigned a tracking code, the order cannot be canceled.

  • By Us: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, unserviceable pincodes, suspected fraud, or unpaid Cash on Delivery verification steps.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Title Risk
