At KoreaSkincare.in, we are committed to delivering your favorite authentic K-Beauty and clinical cosmeceutical products directly to your doorstep safely, efficiently, and quickly.

1. Order Processing Timelines

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working business day.

• Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing your tracking link.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer shipping across all serviceable pincodes within India.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines by Region

Delivery times vary based on your location:

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 Business Days.

• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4 to 6 Business Days.

• Special Regions (J&K, North-East, Island Territories): 6 to 10 Business Days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our logistics partners and may experience minor delays during festive peak seasons, severe weather events, or unforeseen transit disruptions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pincodes across India.

• A nominal COD Handling Fee of ₹99 applies to all COD orders to cover operational processing.

• Please ensure you are available at the provided delivery address to receive and make payment for your order upon arrival.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

We package every clinical product in multi-layer protective bubble wrap and secure outer boxes. However, if your package arrives damaged during transit:

1. Do not accept the parcel if it is visibly tampered with or severely crushed from the outside.

2. If damaged upon opening, take clear photos/videos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged product within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Email our support team immediately at support@koreaskincare.in with your order number and photos. We will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge.

6. Address Corrections & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping fees will apply to dispatch returned shipments.
