At Korea Skincare India, we are committed to providing our customers with absolute transparency regarding the cost of our premium imported K-Beauty skincare and oral beauty supplements. This Pricing Policy outlines how prices are determined, displayed, and charged across our digital storefront to ensure a trustworthy shopping experience.

1. Currency and Taxation (GST Compliance)

• All prices listed on koreaskincare.in are strictly denominated in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).

• In strict accordance with the Government of India regulations, all product prices displayed on our collection and product detail pages are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). The price you see on the product page includes all applicable local taxes. A full tax break-down will be provided on your final commercial invoice.

2. Pricing Consistency (Google Ads Compliance)

We strictly adhere to Google’s Merchant Center transparency guidelines. We guarantee that:

• The price displayed on any external marketing channel (Google Shopping Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads) will perfectly match the price listed on our storefront.

• The price listed on the product page will remain completely identical when added to your shopping cart and during the final checkout sequence. There are no artificial price markups during the checkout process.

3. Sourcing, Imports, and Customs Clarity

Because our premium topical cosmetics and bioavailable beauty supplements are imported directly from certified manufacturers in Seoul, South Korea, our retail prices reflect international sourcing, freight, and legal import compliance.

• No Hidden Import Duties: All items displayed on koreaskincare.in have already cleared Indian Customs infrastructure.

• The retail price listed at checkout is all-inclusive of import compliance charges. You will never be asked by us or our courier partners to pay extra customs duties upon home delivery.

4. Shipping and Extra Charges

Any additional charges outside the product retail price are limited strictly to shipping fees, which are clearly declared prior to payment confirmation:

• Free Shipping: All orders with a cart value exceeding qualify for completely free delivery across India.

• We do not charge hidden convenience fees, digital transaction fees, or payment processing surcharges.

5. Discounts, Coupons, and Promotional Codes

• Promotional coupon codes, welcome discounts, and bundle offers must be applied manually at the checkout panel before making a payment.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been securely processed and paid for.

• In the event of a system error where an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical glitch (e.g., a ₹1,500 serum accidentally displaying as ₹15), Korea Skincare India reserves the right to cancel the affected transaction, issue a full refund to the buyer, and correct the catalog pricing layout immediately.

6. Price Adjustments and Alterations

Due to fluctuations in international exchange rates (KRW/INR or USD/INR) and changing global freight logistics costs, we reserve the right to alter the pricing of our skincare lines and beauty supplements at any time without prior public notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already received an official order confirmation email.
